9. Regulatory Compliance

• Immediate cancellation of pending orders without refund
• Permanent ban from purchasing on this website

11. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

• You agree to indemnify and hold Vital Peps harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses arising from misuse, improper handling, or use of these products outside their intended and stated purpose
• You will not hold Vital Peps liable for any adverse outcome arising from your use or misuse of these products
